The room was cleaned daily The breakfast was good as well only because it was your you could eat and you would pay that much for one serving of something in the buffet.

I was quite far away from metro stop you could catch a bus there and the bus stop was right out the front but if you weren't back from the city by 7:30 than you had to walk its about 20mins. There were no restaurants around this location so you had to eat in the city for every meal. The area was safe though. And when you did get to metro it was on 7ish minutes on that.

This place was extremely clean. The bathrooms were cleaned every day and there was a fridge and a microwave so I just bought groceries for 11 euros in stead of having to spend 40-60 on meals. The staff was nice and everyone there was welcoming.

The bathrooms, although shared, were always kept very clean, as were all the other communal areas. There was free Internet access.

It was situated above a very busy road, some of the other residents were very loud during the night, there was no air-conditioning and the nearest Metro station was 15 minutes' walk away. The staff, although friendly, spoke no English.

It was away from the main city life, good in a way that it wasnt too crazy. It was safe and secure.

The area was pretty safe from what I could see. No sketchy characters or alleys with bad lighting. Wifi was free, a rarity in Europe.

The staff spoke absolutely no English, which might be a problem if you don't speak Spanish. Midway through our stay (we stayed for 3 nights, this happened on the 3rd day), the staff on duty that day knocked on our door and had us switch rooms. Of course we couldn't understand why since she spoke in Spanish. Wifi was spotty, although speeds were good enough when it worked. The showers in the hostel were exceptionally tiny compared to the other hostels we stayed in in Europe, although reasonably clean. Fgc (Metro equivalent) station nearest to the hostel is hidden off the main road, and is best found with Google Maps unless you can speak Spanish to get directions from the locals.

You can not ask more for this price!The residence is located close to Putket district (tibidabo zone) and by "ferrocarril" (4 stops) you can easily reach Plaza Catalunya and from here any other place in the city centre.

The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The bathroom was shared with the other rooms, but it was big enough, so that this was no problem at all. It was clean and everything that you need was there. The same goes for the dining room. The building is located in a quiet area, however it doesn't take long to get to the center, either by bus or metro. We had a very good stay there for a very reasonable price.
